Beautiful Budapest

And now a selection of photos from Hungary - and Budapest in particular. This city was definitely one of the highlights of our tour - I just loved it. We started off our visit there with an evening cruise on the Danube - I've managed a couple of pictures but they don't do justice to how beautiful it was. Then the next day the city itself just captivated us - (yes Maria - we fell in love with it!!) This is once again only a quick post to give you some more photos to look at. We're still in Scotland having a lovely time with family and friends (have managed to catch up with a couple of people I hadn't seen in 35 and 20 years respectively!) Tomorrow we're heading down to the Lake District for a couple of days with my sister and brother in law - fingers crossed for decent weather - we've been lucky enough to catch up a couple of days so far.
